The works comprise the full internal refurbishment of an apartment on the 2nd floor of a 1930’s mansion block of flats.
The works consist of demolition of non-loadbearing walls, new kitchen and 2 new bathrooms and cloakroom, new flooring, internal decoration, new heating and domestic plumbing systems off the communal supplies, rewiring, new lighting, some new internal stud walls.
