The works include, but are not limited to, a comprehensive range of external tasks. These encompass erecting scaffolding to both the front and rear elevations, undertaking roof repairs, and conducting drainage works. Additionally, the project involves stripping out and clearing away existing materials, performing masonry repairs, and installing new double glazed windows. The external aspects also cover various repairs and decorative enhancements to ensure the building's facade is restored to a high standard.

Internally, the project will transform the townhouse as depicted in the tender drawings. This includes stripping out and clearing away old structures, carrying out structural alteration works, and performing masonry repairs. Floor levelling and the installation of new flooring will be undertaken, along with the construction of new internal partitions. The scope of work also includes new carpentry and joinery, electrical and plumbing installations, fibre and data installations, and the implementation of new ventilation extract systems. Moreover, the refurbishment will feature new bathrooms, a new toilet, a new kitchen, extensive decoration works, fire alarm installations, and general cleaning to complete the transformation.
