The works comprise the refurbishment of the 2nd and 3rd floors comprising this flat plus the terrace above including replace the gas boiler system with an air sourced heat pump system serving all heating and hot water to the flat via new radiators, strip existing heating system, new floating wood floors, new bathrooms and cloakroom, joinery, some new electrics, complete internal redecoration, replacement of all windows, demolition of glazed lantern accessing the terrace and it’s replacement with a Glazing Vision motorised rooflight, new staircase between 3rd floor and terrace.
