The extent of works comprises the refurbishment of the existing residential unit in the upper parts of the building. The project includes the creation of a three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, and the installation of a new electric hot water and heating system.
Additionally, the works involve fitting new double-hung sash windows on the third and fourth floors, as well as one on the second floor. External repairs and decoration will also be carried out, which include the installation of a new warm deck roof.
